Usually ethics in the blogosphere would require people to declare who they are and what their interests are, but in places where there are repressive regimes, this can be very dangerous. So in a spirit of disobedience as a civic duty, in order to help society evolve, it is acceptable to blog anonymously.
A "government think tank with oil money"? WTF? It's not a think tank, it's not a government organ and "oil money"? If anything, it was set up with "software money." Jesus, lady.
